Hey, Sean. Last night, Just for kicks. I decided to try 1 of those THC drinks. But what I didn't realize is, I bought the 1 that has 60 milligrams in it. And you know, I've never done them before. So I was like, yeah, whatever. You might as well go hard in the paint. And let me tell you something, man. 20 minutes after drinking that thing for the next 7 hours. It was like I was in completely different plane of existence. Uh, never tripped so hard and I'm not doing that again. Maybe I'll try 1 of the real super light doses wiggle wiggle.

Anyway, um, Sean while you're sitting at your desk today, I had the same problem with my achilles tendon, take and raise your foot up. Like you're like you're stretching your calf muscle out, like reach your toes to the sky and you know just hold it there or put your leg out straight and reach out and grab the the front of your toes and try and pull them back a little bit. So you stretch that back Achilles there. Um you can also do a thing on the wall where you lean forward lock your right leg uh lean forward and you can stretch that. Feels like you're just stretching your calf but that goes all the way down to your Achilles.

Good day. Junkies podcast listener. Uh, just commenting about the AI that you guys were speaking about yesterday at the beginning of the show. Uh, I am actually doing freelance work for uh Babel who is uh recording conversations for AI. Uh, they give us a list of topics. We have a conversation with 1 other person for 15 minutes and we have prompts and we have like limitations on what we can say. We can't mention that it's AI projects and there's like certain gaps and stuff like doing the radio show. They want us to have like a conversation about any kind of topic that they provide for us. It's really interesting. I get paid like 5 bucks for every 15 minutes. Uh I can get invited to doing other projects for them. Right now, I'm just doing the the introduction project for them, so we, we can pop up uh,
