Hey junkies, I'm 100% on board with getting rid of HOAs as a whole. Now technically I live in a town home community. So like you can't get rid of HOAs as a whole, you know. I can't just replace my roof. I have 4 houses, connected to me so they all have to be replaced so things like that. Yes, I will gladly pay into like an HOA type. Fund to take care of the homes. But this year, my HOA spent over 90,000 on Spectrum cable for the entire Community. I don't watch cable, I don't need that. But yet, I'm paying for it. I don't want to, but I have no choice. If I don't, I get a lean placed on my home. It's not fair.

Hey y'all my 11 year old niece was watching, Kpop demon hunters and I asked her if it was any good, she like gasped and she was like this is my 900th time watching it so I gave it a shot and I was blown away about how good the movie was itself and the music was so catchy. I'm on board y'all.

What up News, Junkie dingo here, my microwave just got replaced and I threw a Publix, a half of a Public's cheese steak into it because I ate the other half last night, but it's in there right now and it has some sort of a security code and I can't seem to get the dang door open.

It's hilarious because I saw a report I can't remember when or where 1 of the local news where fdot is complaining that they need more money because they need to resurface more roads and it's taking longer because they don't have enough money. But meanwhile, we got 250 million for alligator, Alcatraz. Stupid. She thought out.

Hey news junkies yeah talking about that guy. Who lied to get his tip. Uh I just want to say I'm an Uber driver and uh I play little subliminal messages. I have about a 15-minute clip of the Jim Colbert show last year talking about tips and who should tip and why and stuff that goes on for most Uber rides. I take people in also every day is my birthday so there's that wiggle wiggle, pop pop.

Oh my gosh, that server did exactly what so many of us have wanted to do so many times. And wow, I love that guy. However, he did bring their party down a little Debbie Downer style. But here's the thing I would totally would have gone with the twin thing and tried to get out of it. That way I worked with twins at the 50s prime time. In Hollywood Studios, they used to go insult a table and run away and the other 1 would come back with the meal and the guests would yell at them. It was hilarious. Miss you forever. Beefy, love you. I have the opposite view with HOAs. Mine is higher but we live in a nice condo. And I want them to be on top of people because I pay such a high premium. We have a community indoor, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball courts. Um, our previous management, even had dogs test their DNA, so we can find out what lazy tenants and because some of them all of them are so rented out that only a few, the owners actually live there. So when you have people who don't care like renters that are lazy and leave dog poop everywhere then they get fined or the owners will if it continues. So it's nice to have a HOA in situations like that. Where you want your things? Very nice. You don't want your vacuum cleaner at your car wash to be damaged and run over and not fixed for months or years or whatever the case may be. So the HOA does go to help things like that. In that case, I do appreciate the HOA.
