Grady Judd is a little bit off on his representation of amendment 3, period. I'm a realtor in the past few years. Obviously, since Co our taxes have skyrocketed, and that's because the price of housing, has skyrocketed, double triple. And that's what we pay taxes on. That's what our homeowners tax is calculated with the sale price of a home. So if a house sold 5 years ago for 150,000 and 4 years ago, it sold for 2 and a quarter. And 2 years ago, it sold for 400. Then you've quadrupled the amount of taxes that you're collecting off of that same house. So it's not party time anymore. Everybody's over with the free money deal. That that that They're taking advantage of.
