I live in a small town in North Georgia and I used to maintain and Coach Little League Baseball, the kids, 13 and under and I can remember a lady showing up at 9 in the morning on a Saturday. And being field tested right in our parking lot. In the middle of the ballpark, I actually had to go over and ask the officer if he could take it to a back parking lot where it wasn't visible in front of all the kids. Long story short. They arrested her.
