Hey there, I'm a Florida realtor. I've seen what's going on in the last few years, none of the municipalities who are collecting all of these taxes have had them for very long. This is just a phenomenon that happened after or during the pandemic and after the pandemic prior to the pandemic, we were paying nothing because our houses were valued at less So for people to be paying double and triple and quadruple taxes, that they were expecting to pay. It doesn't make any sense and these these municipalities who jumped on the bandwagon and for the last 4 or 5 years, now are spending all the money. Well too bad. We've got to, you know, take a step back, but yeah, I think that the amendment should pass because I would like a break on my taxes too.
