Hey guys. Happy day I say, charge the dad and the kid. It's no different. Than if the kid, if we're going to call this ebike on the level of an automobile, uh, it'd be no different than if the the kid went and got the parents car keys and drove the family sedan down to the fishing hole. Uh the parents responsible for not controlling, their child and not controlling their vehicles. Uh if he had stolen a vehicle stolen the dad's truck or car, the dad would be charged. No different.
