Why was Dolly Parton allowed to be apolitical but not Ed Sheeran?

Howdy podcast listeners. So, forgive me if somebody already Drew this comparison, but I find it very interesting that Dolly Parton was beloved for being a political, right? Everybody loved her in part because she was a political and then Here Comes Ed Sheeran wanting to do, excuse me. The same thing and he's being villainized for it. So which 1 is it? Do we want our beloved celebrities to be a political so we can all love them or do we want to beat them into taking a side so that half the people hate them. Uh, something to think about, okay? Have a good rest of your show. Bye.
