So, I joined my HOA because I hate HOAs and because when I first moved to my neighborhood, I realized that we have a bunch of old stuffy like super and I mean, hold on to your pearls Edith, that they were super racist and I'm not and they were that we had a meeting 1 time and just openly, they were being racist in front of, like, 45 residents in the neighborhood. And so, I joined a HOA. I'm now Vice President, which I don't hold as an honor, I hold as a burden. And this guy's HOA sounds like a nightmare. We had a family that was 2,975 behind on dues. They showed us that they were having financial difficulty and they currently have their house up for sale. We're like yeah. Go for anything we could do to help you, you know, move this process along to help you sell the house, we'll help you fix it up. That's what a neighborhood is for. It's not just for the Neighbors who bitch about everything, it's for all the neighbors,
