If they were standing on my door, my front porch, it's closed. There's protection between me and that person. They refused to leave, I would call law enforcement. but at any point in time, personally, that if I thought they were trying to, Break and enter into my home. I don't care if that door is still intact. I'm going to defend my house for the simple fact. I much rather be explaining it to a judge than for my children, to have to plan a funeral because you don't know what that other person has. And once they gain entry into your house, it might be too late for you to defend yourself.
