Hey guys. Happy Day buying a house from a retailer. Isn't anything new? Uh, Sears and Roebuck back in the day. You could buy a whole ass house and they'd ship it to your location flat packed and it had everything in there. You needed to assemble house and a lot of them are still standing. Maybe a lot but some of them are still standing today and I believe they were built in the early 1900s. But yeah you can buy a house online before or online before you can buy it from the store before.
