Friend of mine in the industry that I work. In said, hey, go go, check out this place. They're higher in for a new head of video or whatever it was and so I said, okay, so I looked sent my email in got an email back, scheduled an interview, they showed me around, I met everybody and I did not know it at the time but I was beginning a like 6 week plus interview process where I had to meet with 3 or 4 different people in person. I had to meet with somebody online. I eventually had to meet with a pastor through the company at higher to be like a life coach to make sure all the team gets along and had to meet with him and talk about lots of different things and I was real sure. I did not want this job but I thought, well, let's just see how long this goes and it was almost 7 weeks after I sent my first email that they told me, they weren't interested in me and that was fine with me about a year later. Tech company folded so I won no big deal.
