The reason they're giving back money has nothing to do with any kind of altruistic, they're making profits. So they're giving it back to you. There is a statute, the Florida excessive profit statue in the State of Florida over a 3-year calendar business period. If they're making over a certain amount of profit, they have to give it back to the customers, it's a Florida statue. There's no altruistic or stock thing involved here.
