So the way I look at these dorm Renovations is these could just be not, not just richos, you know, spoiling their kids, it could be, you know, those kids whose parents have worked really hard to save a ton of money for college. And, and these kids have gone out and earned scholarships so that their parents don't have to spend that money. And, you know, these parents have, you know, a couple hundred thousand saved up in a 529 and they now will buy them a new car and Custom Design their dorm rooms instead of having to pay all of that money towards college. And then they put all the rest of it into their retirement. Um, kind of makes sense to me. Hey kid you earned it, here it is.
