My wife and I were going grocery shopping one Saturday morning and I was confined to a knee scooter due to a foot surgery. I had gotten used to it and felt like it was almost a recreational device. So I decided to propel myself with a fair bit of speed towards the entrance ramp and as soon as the wheels met the ramp the scooter stopped and I flipped over the handle bars to my back still holding the handle. There was a ton of people that witnessed the event. I got up, got on the scooter and left.
