I once did sound for a movie that starred, Isaac Hayes, and his main lines, that we needed to record were outside on a very noisy Street at night. So as the crew were tearing down the set, the director said, let's get all of his lines inside. Just in case we need them, where it's nice and quiet and we go in there and we can't get his lines because the crew Outsider noisy tearing down the set. I had asked him to stop, somebody else had asked him to stop and finally, Isaac Hayes. Very politely opens up the door to the outside and in his big low chef voice says, hey y'all, I need you all to shut the f up. Thank you very much and closes the door, and everybody was very quiet.
