Hey news Jenkins, I'm back. Uh I live in Minnesota now. I've heard about the flag guy and I haven't seen him so I can't confirm nor deny but I've heard that he just goes around for hours on end and does this. And then just finally when he annoys the right person those are those are what you get to see but most of the time, nobody bugs him. They just let him do his thing. Um, but it's all I know.
