So a similar thing like this happened in our neighborhood. Um I happen to be on the homeowners association because I hate homeowners associations. So I wanted to just keep everybody in check and um we had a house under construction. That had a port of John that the uh landscape folks that were mowing our common areas would use all the time and the homeowner was getting upset because he has to pay to, um, you know, get it emptied and cleaned and all that. So, um, the the first instance where somebody's caught, you're not going to get a ticket or get in trouble, you get a warning and then, uh, and this is in Virginia with Virginia cops and all that sort of thing. Um, the second time, if you're caught doing the same thing, after you've been warned, then you can get a citation. But the simple answer to that was, hey, homeowner put a padlock on it, give the Key or the combination to the contractors who use it and tell them to lock it up. When you're done, you won't have this uh, situation. And uh, you won't have to be frustrated. It just sounds like the homeowner. Maybe this happened to them before with somebody else and she's frustrated over the situation.
