Yeah, I used to install new air conditioners in new houses years ago. During 1 job during an install, there was a lightning storm outside lightning hit the ground. Traveled through the ground through the copper pipes, into the new construction house. And to the unit I was working on and all of my tools that were laying on that unit. While I'm working started having Sparks shoot off of them to the cabinet of the unit. Luckily, there wasn't any other wiring or anything inside the house yet but there was some scary stuff.
