Hannah virus is a common risk in our industry but you've also got to worry about histoplasmosis from bats, leptospirosis from raccoons ballast escaras which is a roundworm from raccoons. You can get salmonella from these Critters. You can get toxice plasmosis from Pigeon feces. There's so many concerns in Wildlife that a lot of people are ignorant to unless they're in a high-risk field like cleaning out old storage units or buying bacon houses or doing wildlife control.
