I'll try to make this uh short um had noro virus. I believe, March or April of 2024, it's on a Thursday afternoon, felt kind of funny by Friday at a fever and everything that I put in my body, came out diarrhea Style And it was every 10 minutes even after like I was on a complete empty stomach just 10 minutes constantly just going to the bathroom every 10 minutes by day 3. I was like, all right, I feel a little better. I ate 2 slices of pizza within a half hour. I had like a hundred 2 degree fever and I was laying down hurting and as soon as I puked it out, The fever went away. It was crazy. So then after that, for the next 2 to 3 days, it was all crackers and a little bit of water. And that's all I was on in 4 days. I lost 10 pounds and I'm not a big guy to begin with, I weigh like I weighed 165 pounds before that. So I was down to 155 after, but let me tell you, I looked fantastic after my stomach was so flat. I had like the V cut, you know, it was great. But uh, I have gained it all back since then so oh well.
