Hey, what's up, junkies? I'm definitely with you on the dry kind of tasteless turkey thing, but, uh, when my dad was still around, he used to smoke a turkey and I'm not sure exactly what he did. But man, that thing would be smoked. It would be unbelievably juicy and it was definitely like the star of the show. But, uh, I've never really had it like that other than, than how he made it, so it can be good. But yeah, in general, I uh, ham the roast beef, all that. That's, that's the the way to go.
