Good Afternoon, News, junkies the Mad King here. So my take on why prop 3 didn't pass. I think it's the money that they're bringing in from all the medical cards. They have to first pay for the medical card and then every 7 months they have to renew the medical card that's all income. That the state gets Anyways, that's my take on it. I voted for it.
