And I worked at this place, uh, in Boston and they used to serve these things called Dublin fries, and it was like a safe fry because it was sliced from the potato obviously. But like, um, they were shaped almost like a potato chip round, you know what I mean? And uh, they were thin and they used to fry them up and kind of crispy them a little bit, man, they were so good delicious with some salt. Sea Lane. You would have loved these suckers nice.
