What's up, everybody? It's crazy. They want to build more golf courses when there's so many closing down. There's 1 in Palm Bay that closed a few years back that used to be called the majors that has a uh, it was an 18-hole course with a real nice Clubhouse and restaurant and it closed down and now all the houses that used to have Gulf front property are now sitting on Land that's just not even being taken care of or anything anymore. It's all overgrown and their housing prices plummeted. So, you know that they build these golf courses and then if they don't make the money they want they just closed them down and then they have all that clear land for nothing. See ya.
