Hey guys, I don't know if anybody mentioned this yesterday, but I don't really understand how this guy is trying to sue Disney. Disney doesn't own Raglan Road. It's a private restaurant that operates out of Disney Springs. But Disney has nothing to do with setting the menu preparing the food or serving the food. So, how are they liable for business that operates on property? It just seems like this guy is trying to sue whoever he can with the deepest pockets and he was hoping they'd said a lot of court before their name, but dragged through the mud. That's just my opinion.
