Hey guys, I'm catching up on the podcast from yesterday and you were talking about attention spans that weird like movie app thing. I just attended a workshop on mental Wellness, in the digital age, and with the rise of the smartphone, and all that stuff, we've seen obviously attention spans shrink to like nothing. But attention is a skill, it's trainable. So by having apps like these where you're splitting, your attention even more and more because you can't focus on 1 single thing. That's so bad, but I think it's on purpose because if our attention is split, if we have zero attention span or easier to manipulate and control. So I think that this is by Design. Um, let this be, you know, a a warning or message to everyone, train your attention to get it back to where you can focus. Um because that way you're going to be less easy to manipulate.

I don't agree with zero opinion on the airport. In the military. When we had an IED, we didn't get the time off your right. We lost friends. We wish we did because we're dealing with a years later. But, uh, my ex had a same job and uh, stress is very bad. if you didn't get 45 days off, uh, 2 or 3 at a time, but very stressful job, very thousands of lives are in your hands.

What up junkies? So I work in fire alarm and 1 of the worst things you can do is Road trucks as in have to fire department, show up to somewhere for no reason. Because of something that you did. I would say next time, I do this. But I I don't do that. But next time, somebody else ends up rolling trucks for no reason. I'm going to suggest to my boss that. I take 45 days off because the fire department showed up and see what he has to say about that. All right, I gotta go wiggle, wiggle, pop, pop.

Hey guys, happy day we have lost our way as a society and a people we have become so goddamn soft. Everyone's a victim, every you need trauma pay or trauma time off. Get the hell out of here. I drive for a living and I've watched fatal accidents and guess what I did I kept on driving grow a set. I'm not saying that like to be like Macho and machismo, but just like, God, damn, you're going to have difficulty in your life. Suck it up.
