So the main reason why Zoomers can't seem to buy any houses is because we've got these large uh firms and private investors buying up entire neighborhoods. They own over a quarter of all these single homes. And the United States and that's what's kind of screwing up everything.

The problem is with the housing market right now, is that Builders figured out that they could build these bigger homes and make more money off of them? But that also causes a problem with single family homes, which they are not building anymore. So there is a large discrepancy on people trying to find single family homes, which is basically going to be non-existent in a few years here where I live big companies like Black Rock, and these investment firms. Have pretty much bought up, all of the homes. I currently rent, from a company where people, I have never seen or met, and the fact that people like me will probably never be able to buy buy. Buy a house with what they're doing the prices and the interest rates. I mean, I think, after a while, they're just shooting themselves in the foot and just sitting up for the biggest housing bubble ever wiggle, wiggle, pop, pop, pop.
