Yeah, that what you play the other day was about features and the kids are falling for him. I think that was actually saying hidden camera after the 60s a very funny show. People wouldn't know, they were being filmed.
Good after Humpday. Junkies X swimmer here. Hey Sean. Good luck on the Run, uh, need any advice, be happy to give it to you. Um, but see Lane. You got to keep this and make sure this gets used at some place other, uh, during the show. Um, probably the funnest thing I've heard Sean say in a long time, Are you dead? I just wonder what size it was. Sean wiggle. Wiggle. Pop, pop.
What's going on News? Junkie crew. Happy hump day. so, I'm staying out of town working in a Tampa area, uh, At this hotel. I'm at, I'm sorry, I'm a little bit disturbed. I looked out my window and there is a man, taking a bath in the damn pool of the hotel. My son a photo dispatch in. I'm not sure if I went through or not, but check it out.
All right, Sean. I'm I'm not saying that you can't do a 7 minute mile. I just want to put it into a perspective. Okay, I'm 30. 12 years ago, when my senior year of high school, The. Scene. Every senior had to do the physical fitness exam or whatever at the end of the year. And the goal for the mile was 7 minutes and these are, you know, high school kids. So they have energy and, you know, all of that stuff. Um, only like the top 10%. Of the my class. Did it and 7 minutes are under and those were all pretty much just the athletic types that did it. So, You know, I mean, with a year of training uh, yeah, I'm sure that you could do it but it would have to be something that you really every day, you practice more and more and more on. So, I mean, if you're going to go for a good luck, buddy,
Hey News, Junkie. Heavy equipment, operator here. Sean with the, uh, 7 minute mile. You can do it. I'm in subpar Health, a 39 year, old construction worker and I can run a 7-minute mile. I get up and run 3 miles every morning. you know, it's it's not a big deal. Train a little bit and you can do it.
Sean. Weren't you the 1 that was saying that you could run a 5k with no problem. Yeah, okay. And were you wearing jeans or shorts during this little jog in the rain?
