I have the opposite view with HOAs. Mine is higher but we live in a nice condo. And I want them to be on top of people because I pay such a high premium. We have a community indoor, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball courts. Um, our previous management, even had dogs test their DNA, so we can find out what lazy tenants and because some of them all of them are so rented out that only a few, the owners actually live there. So when you have people who don't care like renters that are lazy and leave dog poop everywhere then they get fined or the owners will if it continues. So it's nice to have a HOA in situations like that. Where you want your things? Very nice. You don't want your vacuum cleaner at your car wash to be damaged and run over and not fixed for months or years or whatever the case may be. So the HOA does go to help things like that. In that case, I do appreciate the HOA.

Hey there news junkies, happy Thursday. You know, cities and counties already have ordinances and they already give out code violations. to all of the things that HOAs already get mad at so I don't know why we would need an HOA because even if you believe in Government helping you keep your quote, unquote property value. even if you believe that they need to do that, They've already got it covered. We don't need an extra body of busy bodies that actually have the time to go bother you on a day-to-day basis. Especially when HOAs don't have direct access to law enforcement. There's no need for HOAs in any Universe wiggle, wiggle, pop, pop, pop.

What up News. Junkie Dinger here real quick about the HOAs. Um, I live in 1 and really all they're trying to do is protect the resale value of my house, and I don't hate that.

Another thing HOAs are 4 is all the common areas in the neighborhood like, um, they also take care of like their lights, your street lights, if they're burned out, they call to get that taken care of uh, mowing of areas that aren't personal property, like the entrances to your neighborhoods and all that. So they do have to take care of that stuff. But the part that I don't like, is like, you're talking about the whole, if I want to change my blinds, I've got to get permission or paint my house. I got to get permission.

It's, uh, not consequential. You're not going to leave it angry or like, you know, motivated to go do anything. That's every sign, every apron, every name tag everywhere in the restaurant plus just changing the entire restaurant, the money kind of adds up. When you look at all the locations they have.
