good afternoon, all I don't know why people are suddenly going crazy over this tagline. It's been on the books forever. I was a cop in the 90s and I'd say maybe 1 and 3 had some kind of frame on their tag. It didn't seem fair pulling 1 person over when all these other people were disregarding the law. So I never even bothered stopping 1 person. It'd be impossible to do anything about it.
