You know, cities and counties already have ordinances and they already give out code violations. to all of the things that HOAs already get mad at so I don't know why we would need an HOA because even if you believe in Government helping you keep your quote, unquote property value. even if you believe that they need to do that, They've already got it covered. We don't need an extra body of busy bodies that actually have the time to go bother you on a day-to-day basis. Especially when HOAs don't have direct access to law enforcement. There's no need for HOAs in any Universe wiggle, wiggle, pop, pop, pop.
