Um, so I've lived in the DC since the 70s and um, in the 80s and 90s it was pretty rough. It was so rough actually that I had started the business where, um, tourists and whatnot with their families could pay me, I'd come up and harass the family and then the tourist parents could, you know, Push me back or argue with me a little bit and look really badass in front of their kids.
