I didn't hear the full story, but based off your analogy with the nurse Would you rather have someone who just passed? You know, 100% on their tests there. But had never worked with anyone before. Or would you rather have that person who worked on that 4,000 patients, hadn't passed but now has passed You know, it's a experience type thing, right? I take personal with 4,000.
