Hey guys, Happy Day. The problem is bad parents. Raising bastard kids that aren't giving them any level of discipline at all. So somebody has to do it and if the parents aren't willing to do it, I say the kids get spanked in school and learn a lesson and learn that there are repercussions to actions, good parents, their kids, they can sign the form and say hit my kids if you want. But if the kids are good they're not going to get hit. So yeah, it's the making up for the lack of parenting is where this comes in.
