Stretches to help your achilles

It's going down junkies. Um, thanks a lot Sabrina. You know, we didn't want to hear the show uh tomorrow. Anyway, um, Sean while you're sitting at your desk today, I had the same problem with my achilles tendon, take and raise your foot up. Like you're like you're stretching your calf muscle out, like reach your toes to the sky and you know just hold it there or put your leg out straight and reach out and grab the the front of your toes and try and pull them back a little bit. So you stretch that back Achilles there. Um you can also do a thing on the wall where you lean forward lock your right leg uh lean forward and you can stretch that. Feels like you're just stretching your calf but that goes all the way down to your Achilles.
