Haha. What's going down? Junkies, I've had the exact same problem with my achilles tendon. Sean stand about 2 feet away from the wall. Locked the uh leg the knee uh of the Achilles tendon leg that hurts lean forward and essentially just stretch out that calf area and that Achilles tendon will stretch do the hold it for 20 seconds and do it a couple times a day and um it'll be fine in time.
