I had a moment of gratitude 1 time. I live in North Georgia and we had a horrible ice storm and I happened to pull out a, uh, Comcast or Xfinity cable truck out of a ditch. And the gentleman took my name and info and said he was going to find a way to help me out. Long story short, I didn't get a cable bill for a year.
