A driver in Portland was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his vehicle, complete with a bumper sticker that said ‘not drunk, avoiding potholes.’ Officers searching Jeffrey Cannon’s red Volkswagen Jetta found open beer cans, cocaine and a pistol.

Police on the scene administered a BAC test and Cannon blew a .22, well over the legal limit.
