Well, one things for sure, Congressional Democrats are fairly comfortable behind the wheel. Frank saying this about a clear pot shot at a sitting Supreme Court Justice. Though many of the Liberal Justices have views Conservatives don’t agree with, I don’t remember them being vilified in this fashion on a world stage by a Congressional Republican while Bush was in power. Conveniently, the media ignored this altogether. Nothing to see here, move along.
Update: It could be argued that by claiming ‘homophobe’ Scalia ‘has too many votes’ in his court Congressman Frank, an openly gay man, is calling the majority of the Court homophobic. Or are they just towing the line under Justice Scalia? Fox News picks up here…
