   This case was clearly a payback from the other trial. When have you ever heard of anyone being charged, much less convicted for taking back property that was stolen from them. I am quite sure this is not the first time someone took their stuff back by force. The police would’nt even bother, that’s if the burglar reported it. Oj was found not guilty in the other trial because he was innocent. I have found that the majority of people I speak to, did not watch the case closely and they relied on what the media summarized at the end of the day. The main point in the murder trial that many people missed is the timeline. The prosecution had to place the time of murder far as possible from the time OJ’s limo driver picked him up. In the opening statement the prosecution had a 1 – 1 1/2 hour estimated gap between murder and limo driver picking him up. The defense claim in the opening statement that the murder occured much later in the evening. The defense succeed in shattering the prosecution estimated timeline by witnessess that walk in front of the scene of murder. In fact in the closing arguments the prosecution could not and did not use the 1 1/2 estimated time gap. Marcia Clark quickly brushed over an estimate that was closer to about 15 minutes. Now OJ’s house was about 12-15 minutes away, that’s catching ever green light. He would have to butcher both victims (might add Ronald Goldman much younger and fit, than OJ), with blood spraying all over the place, jump into the white bronco, avoid getting much of the blood in his vehicle (in the dark), speed home, catch all green traffic lights, dispose of bloody clothing, wash off any blood that he could see in the dark, walk through his immaculate house with white carpetting, change his clothes, and take himself with luggage into limo in 15 minutes. Impossible! This is coming from someone who watched the case very closely and predicted that the jury deliberation would be less that 4 hours. The actual jury deliberation was 3 hr & 54 minutes. If you really care if he is innocent, all you need to do is review both opening statements, review what time the limo driver spoke to Simpson on intercom, and review both closing statements. Put the times on paper and you will see it was impossible for him to have done it.
