Gore Turns Down ‘Climate Czar’
President-elect Barack Obama’s transition team is flirting with creating a White House “Climate Czar,” but climate change crusader Al Gore says he doesn’t want the job.
The Obama team declined to comment on such a post, even as environmentalists and power industry executives say it’s being widely discussed inside the transition offices as a way to spur a clean energy industry, which Mr. Obama has promised will ween the U.S. from foreign oil and create millions of “green jobs.”
I could spend hours telling you what a moron Al Gore is, what a moron anyone who buys his lines is and how he fundamentally misunderstands this planet — but instead, I will eat my lunch.
Take that, Al Gore!

ROFL, Someone who can call Al Gore a moron is saying more about the intellect of that person. Uh, most people know Al Gore is a highly intelligent man.

television feed from Antarctica with the glaciers melting
in the background as you amuse us.
You know what’s comical about the defense of Al Gore as some sort of intellectual whiz kid? Democrats love to harp on Bush and pin him as some moron who skated through school with his powerful father’s assistance. And while some of that may be true, when Democrats made it a point to bring up George Bush’s college grade point average (a high-C) they failed to mention that Gore’s was lower… and I’d almost be willing to bet you that Obama’s in the same boat. That’s why he never released the info.
If Al Gore truly believes humans have any definitive control over the future of this planet — as he does — then, no, he’s not a highly intelligent man.
Unless by ‘highly intelligent’ you mean he invents a corporation to sell non-existent products called ‘carbon credits’ and guilts the world into buying them by claiming the end is near every few months… in that case, I’ll throw him a bone and call him ‘clever’.
