Bones Found Not Caylee Anthony’s
ORLANDO – For a brief time Thursday, the search for missing Caylee Anthony appeared to be over.
Divers working for bounty hunter Leonard Padilla discovered a bag of bones and toys in Little Econlockhatchee River at Blanchard Park in east Orange County this morning.
The bones and toys, which were contained in a clear plastic bag, appeared suspicious so divers alerted law enforcement to determine whether they should be taken into evidence. However, investigators determined that the items were not related to the case of the missing girl, according to a statement from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff’s officials are upset at how bounty hunter Leonard Padilla handled the discovery.
CNN was going bananas over this earlier and I wanted to hold out until I was sure it wasn’t something unrelated and it looks like I made the right move. The bones were NOT Caylee’s.

First of all, Don’t you think a few small bones in a small bag is a little suspicious, Caylee was a 3 yr old little girl that would not fit in a little plastic bag! Iam sorry to say that I think Leonard Padilla is up to NO GOOD! I understand that he is out there supposedly helping to search, however, I think he has entirely diffrent motives all together right from the very beginning of this case. Tim Miller is a saint for all he does for people. Unfortunately though, If Caylee was put in water (which she probably was) Gators would already have got to her and I highly doubt they will find anything. Lets just pray that her mother pays for this unthinkable crime in many ways then imaginable because obviously she knows what she did and where Caylee is. Also her mother Cindy needs to get her head back on and deal with this situation in a correct manner, however, I couldn’t imagine the pain that family is in but their own daughter has caused all of this for them, so quit defending her like she is the victim, the real victim is a angel in heaven now.
