Video: The Obama-Ayers Connection
Anderson Cooper’s 360 show on CNN reports on the connections between Barack Obama and radical William Ayers.
I’m as shocked as the folks at Hot Air that this actually aired on CNN. Anderson Cooper almost seemed to have been caught off-guard himself. Why is this important? Because Obama has surrounded himself with radicals like Ayers and the Reverend Jeremiah Wright who have a different view of this country than most Americans. Bill Ayers has never apologized for his activities in the ’60′s (Greatest hits include: The Haymarket Riot Memorial bombing, The Days of Rage Riots and bombings of both the Pentagon and the Capitol building). Both Ayers and Wright have made controversial statements about the 9/11 attacks, claiming they pale in comparison to U.S. actions abroad. Needless to say, both men are political landmines.
I don’t buy the argument that Barack Obama ‘didn’t know the history‘ of Bill Ayers. I wouldn’t buy that same argument if it came from any political leader in Chicago. Ayers is well known and so are his views. Obama knew them and he either chose to ignore them or he didn’t care. Count on the McCain camp staying on the offensive on both this and the Wright connection.

Sometimes pop culture is the only way to get a point across.
The idea that peoples concerns over Obama’s associates is just plain tedious and nitpicking, which is what appeared to be the tone of your comment, is itself tedious and nitpicking. We very much should know the associates of a man seeking power. While most candidates try to bring their associates to the forefront, Obama goes out of his way to hide them. why? Where are his friends, his colleagues, his fellow classmates, fellow community organizers, fellow students?
huh?
who is vouching for this man?
A few fancy speeches and he is the cult of personality… an enigma, but many are so certain he is the answer and ready to be president.
but why?
what has he ever done? who can speak of the things he has done? isn’t there anyone? 2 years and we know nothing of Obama.
I say he is Homer Stokes, who is hiding a secret and we are finding out what it is every single day. McCain will and should take advantage of it.
Irrespective of who any polititian associate themselves
with,nothing will happen. Just go and research them all.
You will see!! Tell them all to look in the mirror!!!!
One quick point on the person Ayers. Why was he not incarcerated or excommunicated from society then. Who are
his associates now, and why are we allowing our children
to associate with the professor? So many years he has been
a member of the academia of that college! I think that because he is a so called terrorist, you should identify and count all his associates and incarcerate them all!!!
