Prosecutors are expected to present the case against Casey Anthony to an Orange County grand jury Tuesday morning.
At least 15 jurors will hear from witnesses, including Anthony’s father, George Anthony, and others, before they decide whether the 22-year-old should be indicted on more serious charges, possibly murder.
Anthony is currently charged with child neglect, filing a false statement with law enforcement and check fraud. Investigators have said she is the main suspect in the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie.
OK, we all knew this was coming eventually. That said, do you think this will fire up or cool down the protesters in Casey Anthony’s neighborhood. They’ve been quiet as of late and it seems like something of this nature could fire them back up and put the Anthony’s in danger. Also, what triggered these charges this week? Could it be that the Orlando police have some new evidence?
It s a shame she has a slappable face to smile in court after killing her own baby
I think the protestors are forming up outside that house right now. They want to see her leave for court. It will certainly be the last time she will walk out of that house. I believe the police have more than enough evidence to charge her for murder. Her parents may be in danger from angry crazy protestors, although they are innocent, they don’t come across as being truthful people. Maybe they are but……..
i HOPE AND PREY that she gets what she deserves sure they wont bring her up on the death penalty but maybe when she goes to prison someone will ”take” car of her as she took such ”good care” of her daughter she is a dispicabke person if anyone was going to die or come up missing it should have been that bitch
