Live Feed: Casey Anthony In Court

ORLANDO, Fla. — Casey Anthony is expected to be in court with her attorney, Jose Baez, Friday morning.

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland will hear several motions filed by Baez. In one, he is asking that Casey be allowed to move about to what he calls “places of interest” to search for Caylee without the public knowing. This is the first time Casey has asked to participate in any kind of search.

Baez is hoping the judge will allow him to get his hands on evidence taken from the trunk of Casey’s car. Detectives say that evidence indicates her daughter Caylee’s body was in the trunk of the car. Detectives say tests show Caylee was dead at the time.
